We take a humanistic, person-centered approach, offering you a warm and supportive space to explore how negative thought patterns, life stressors, or unresolved losses are influencing your mood. Our clinicians are also trained in CBT, providing tools to challenge destructive thinking and reframe beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

Within therapy, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your strengths, find meaning, and build emotional resilience. Whether through self-reflection, goal setting, or behavioral activation, the goal is to foster growth, restore your motivation, and help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
How Treatment Works:

Your intake session (about 80 minutes) will include a thorough assessment of your emotional history, life stressors, and treatment goals.

Follow-up sessions typically run 50–55 minutes, with frequency tailored to your comfort and needs.

Our therapists use a strength-based model, so while we explore your challenges, we also highlight your existing capacities and secure a foundation for positive change.

You can end therapy when you feel ready; we encourage a termination session but don’t require it.
